Delete Your Account
How to permanently delete your NinjaBuy account and what we keep.
You can delete your NinjaBuy account yourself, from the app or from this page.
Deleting is permanent. It can't be undone. You are signed out everywhere, any connected AI assistant stops working, and you won't be able to sign up again with the same phone number. If you need help, contact support.
Delete it in the app
Open the NinjaBuy app, go to Account, then tap Delete account and confirm.
Delete it on this page
Sign in with your phone number, then press the button. You'll be asked to confirm before anything is deleted.
Can't sign in?
Email support@ninjabuy.com from the email address or phone number on the account, and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm it's you first.
What we keep
We keep the order, payment and shipping records we need for accounting and legal obligations. Everything else tied to the account is no longer reachable once it is deleted. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
