Your warehouse
What happens when your items arrive in China, and how long they can stay.
When an item arrives at our warehouse in China, it shows up under Warehouse in your account. This is where you see everything you own that hasn't shipped yet.
When an item arrives
- We weigh and measure it. Its weight appears under its name; Weight pending means we haven't weighed it yet.
- We inspect it and add QC photos. It shows Inspecting until the photos are up, then Inspected with the number of photos.
- It's Ready to ship. Quantities show as, for example, 2 of 2 when several units of one item arrived.
Photos usually appear within one to two business days of arrival, and we email you when they do. Open the photos from the warehouse or from the order page.
If something looks wrong in the photos, request a return from the order page before you ship. See Returns and Refunds.
Picking items to ship
Tick the items you want in your next parcel. The bar at the top adds up how many you picked and their total weight, which is what international shipping is priced on. An item can only be picked once it has been weighed.
When you're ready, choose Create shipment. See Shipping your parcel.
Storage
Storage is free for 69 days from the day each item arrives. That's usually plenty of time to wait for your other orders and ship everything together in one parcel, which is cheaper than shipping items one by one.
