From a pasted link to a parcel at your door, in five steps.
NinjaBuy buys from Chinese marketplaces for you. Your items go to our warehouse in China first, where we photograph them. Then you combine them into one parcel and we ship it to you.
How it works
- Find it. Paste a Taobao, Tmall, 1688 or Weidian link into the search bar and pick your size and color. Finding items
- Pay for the items. Check out from your cart. We buy each item from its seller and have it sent to our warehouse. Placing an order
- Check the photos. When an item arrives, we weigh it and add QC photos to your order. If something is wrong, request a return while it is still in China. Your orders
- Combine and ship. Pick the items in your warehouse, choose a shipping line, and pay for shipping. Shipping your parcel
- Track it home. We pack the parcel, hand it to the carrier, and send you the tracking number.
What you pay, and when
You pay twice, and each payment covers something different:

If the real cost turns out different, for example when the seller raises a price or your packed parcel weighs more than estimated, we update that order: you pay the difference if it went up, and it comes back to your balance if it went down. See Price changes.
Prices are in Chinese yuan (CN¥). If you pay in another currency, checkout shows the converted amount and a currency conversion fee. Your balance is always held in CN¥.
Good to know
- Photos before shipping. Every item gets QC photos when it arrives, so you see what you bought before paying for international shipping.
- 69 days of free storage. Take your time to combine orders into one parcel.
- Returns stay in China. Request a return before the item ships internationally. Seller approval and return deadlines apply. Returns and Refunds
- Import charges may apply. Your country may charge duties or taxes on delivery.
- Refunds go to your balance. You can spend it on your next order or shipment.
