Your brand on the box
Your customer bought from you, so the parcel should look like it. We repack every item: the seller's bags, slips and invoices stay with us, and nothing in the parcel names NinjaBuy or the Chinese seller.
Your message, a discount code for the next order, how to reach you. No NinjaBuy name anywhere.

Setting it up
- Tell sales what you want in the box
Your logo files, the sizes your products need and the words for your insert.
- We agree the packaging and its price with you
Printed boxes, or plain packaging with your sticker and insert: we tell you what each needs and costs for your products before anything is made.
- It becomes your default
Every order ships in it unless you choose otherwise for a product.
Packing add-ons
Two extras we do while packing. Both are on by default; tell us when we set you up if a product should keep its tags or its box.

What QC checks
When an item arrives we weigh and measure it, open it, compare it with the order and photograph it. The photos usually appear within one to two business days of arrival, on the order in your NinjaBuy account.

Weight and the shipping price
The shipping estimate when you import uses the seller's weight. Once we weigh the real item it is priced on our scale. For bulky but light parcels, carriers charge by volumetric weight, and we charge whichever is higher.
- If the packed parcel costs more than the estimate, the difference is taken from your balance before it ships.
- If it costs less, the difference goes back to your balance.
- Removing retail boxes is the simplest way to keep the weight down.
Stock on our shelf
Buy your bestsellers ahead and keep them in our warehouse. An order then ships from the shelf instead of waiting for a seller in China, and the units are already checked. Stock you own is also how you sell Taobao finds on marketplaces that want stock in hand, such as eBay.

What we can't ship
Some goods are prohibited, and some ship only on certain lines, such as items with batteries, liquids and cosmetics. We flag them when you import. The full list: Prohibited items.
