Connect a store

Connect Wix

Our Wix app connects Wix Stores to NinjaBuy. Import from Taobao, Weidian and 1688; paid orders come to us, and the tracking goes back to Wix.

How Wix orders reach us

The app asks Wix for access to your products and orders, then talks to the NinjaBuy API. Your Wix site doesn't need Shopify.

  1. A customer orders on your Wix site
    A product linked to NinjaBuy
  2. NinjaBuy app
Our Wix app sends it to us
    Over the NinjaBuy API
  3. Paid from your balance, bought in China
We pay the seller and follow the parcel to our warehouse
  4. Checked with photos
You see the real item before it leaves
  5. Shipped in your box
The tracking number goes back to the order
A Wix Stores order. Example.

Before you start

  • A Wix site with Wix Stores, on a plan that lets it take payments. Wix's plan pages say which.
  • Owner or admin access to the site, to add apps.
  • A NinjaBuy Business account with money in its balance. See Getting started.

Add the app

  1. Add the NinjaBuy app to your site from the Wix App Market

Approve the permissions Wix shows you: products, orders and fulfillment.

  2. Open the app in your Wix dashboard and choose Connect NinjaBuy

Sign in to your NinjaBuy account and confirm the site.

  3. Import new products, or link the ones you sell

Push a find from the importer to Wix Stores as a hidden product, or link an existing product to its Taobao, Weidian or 1688 listing.

  4. Sell

Paid orders for linked products reach us. We mark them fulfilled with the tracking number.

What syncs

WhatDirectionHow
OrdersWix → NinjaBuyPaid orders, for their linked lines.
TrackingNinjaBuy → WixThe order is marked fulfilled with its tracking number; Wix emails your customer if that email is on.
StockNinjaBuy → WixSet to 0 when the source sells out, by your sync rules.
PriceNinjaBuy → WixRepriced or paused when the cost moves, by your sync rules.
ProductsNinjaBuy → WixPushed from the importer, hidden until you show them.

On your own site, the rules are yours

  • State a delivery time you can keep
In the US, the FTC expects a reasonable basis for any shipping time you state, and a way to cancel when you can't meet it.
  • Your payment provider's list
Card processors publish products they won't take payments for. Counterfeits are on it, and breaking it can freeze your payouts.
  • Say who pays import duties
Your customer's country may charge duties or taxes on arrival. Say so on your site.
  • Returns for goods from China
Decide what you refund and what you take back before you list. See returns.
