How it connects
An app for Wix Stores, on our API.
The app asks your permission to read orders and update products when you add it, then talks to NinjaBuy's API. Your Wix site doesn't need Shopify.
Add the NinjaBuy app to your site
Approve the permissions Wix shows you: products, orders and fulfillment.
Import, or link what you sell
Push a find to Wix Stores as a new product, or match it to one you already have.
Top up your NinjaBuy balance
Each order is paid from it as it arrives, so nothing waits for you to click.
Orders come to us by themselves
Paid Wix orders for NinjaBuy products reach us. We mark them fulfilled with tracking.
What you get
Wix Stores, stocked from China.

Import from China
Paste a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 link, or a finds sheet. Every variant comes in with photos and its cost in CN¥ and dollars.

Know the margin first
Our fees, a shipping estimate, Wix's fees, prices of similar items on eBay, a suggested price and what you keep.

Price and stock sync
We re-check every product. Sold out sets your Wix stock to 0; a price rise reprices or pauses it, by your rule.

Orders, handled
Each order is paid from your NinjaBuy balance, bought from the seller in China and followed until it reaches us.

QC photos
Every item is opened and photographed in our warehouse. You see the real thing before it ships.

Your branded box
Your packaging, label and thank-you card. NinjaBuy's name is nowhere on the parcel.
Rules to know
On your own site, you keep the rules.
Wix leaves what you sell to you. Consumer law and your payment provider still have a say.

You approve what the app can do
A Wix app gets only the permissions you grant when you install it, and you can remove it any time.

Say how long shipping really takes
In the US, the FTC's mail order rule asks for a reasonable basis for any shipping time you state, and for a cancel and refund when you can't meet it. Show the China-to-door time.

Your payment provider's list
Card processors publish products they won't take payments for, and counterfeits are on them. Breaking the list can freeze your payouts.

Say it ships from China
Your buyer should know the parcel comes from abroad. Put it in the listing and your shipping policy, with the delivery time.
What one order costs
A hair dryer, from your Wix store.
One order for one product, worked out with the fees and the shipping rate we charge today.
An example: the product, its price and its weight are made up. The fees, the tax and the shipping rate are the ones we charge today. Shipping is priced on the weight we measure in our warehouse. Your channel's own fees and your selling price aren't in it.
