Questions about paying

Is the importer really free?
Yes. Importing, analysis, finds sheets, sync, the store apps and the MCP server cost nothing, with no product limit.
What is an item group?
One product line on an order: one variant from one listing, however many units. Two different items from the same seller are two groups, because each is bought, chased and checked on its own.
What does the 14% tax cover?
It's one flat rate on every line of an order: the goods and the intake fee when the order is paid, shipping and handling when the parcel ships.
How do I pay?
Top up your NinjaBuy balance. Each order is paid from it as it comes in, and you see every line first.
What currency do I pay in?
Prices are in CN¥. You can pay in another currency; converting it adds a 2.5% fee, shown before you pay.
Do I pay for products that never sell?
No. A product you import and never sell costs you nothing.
Why is shipping charged separately?
Because it depends on the real weight, which we only know once the item is in our warehouse. The importer estimates it before you list.
Is there a discount for volume?
Talk to sales about your volume and your shipping lines.
What about Shopify's, eBay's or Etsy's fees?
Those are between you and them. Our analysis estimates them so the margin you see is what you keep.
