What we check, and what we don't.

QC is a look at the real item, not a guarantee about it.

  • We check against the listing

    Colour, size, count and visible damage, against the listing's photos. It isn't a lab test or an authenticity check.

  • A problem stops the parcel

    Wrong item, damage, a missing piece: we hold it and ask you before it ships.

  • Balance first

    We buy only with money already on your balance. No balance, no purchase.

  • Delivery dates aren't ours to promise

    Shipping lines give their own estimates. Set your channel's handling time with room to spare.

What one order costs

One order, from the seller to the door.

Two checkouts: the goods when the order is paid, the parcel when it ships. Worked out with the fees and the shipping rate we charge today.

An example: the product, its price and its weight are made up. The fees, the tax and the shipping rate are the ones we charge today. Shipping is priced on the weight we measure in our warehouse. Your channel's own fees and your selling price aren't in it.

Questions sellers ask

When do you buy after an order comes in?
As soon as it's paid from your balance.
What if the seller is out of stock?
We tell you and hold the order. Pick another source, or cancel it and refund your buyer.
Can I see the QC photos?
Yes, on every order, before it ships.
Can I use my own packaging?
Yes. Send us your boxes, mailers and cards, or ask us to have them made in China.
Do items on one order ship together?
Yes. The parcel leaves once every item on the order has arrived and passed QC.
How do returns work?
Your store's policy decides. Sending an item back to China often costs more than it's worth, so a refund without a return is often cheaper.
What does fulfillment cost?
The goods, a CN¥12.00 intake fee per item group, shipping and a handling fee per parcel, with a 14% flat tax on those lines. See the pricing page.
Who pays import charges at the door?
That depends on the destination country and the shipping line. Ask sales for the lines to your buyers' countries.
