Shopify is also the hub for your other channels: marketplaces you connect to Shopify send their orders through the same app.

  1. Install NinjaBuy from the Shopify App Store

    It adds a location called Fulfilled by NinjaBuy, so Shopify knows which products we ship.

  2. Import, or link what you already sell

    Push a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 find as a new product, or map it to a variant you already have.

  3. Top up your NinjaBuy balance

    Each order is paid from it as it arrives, so nothing waits for you to click.

  4. Orders come to us by themselves

    Paid orders for NinjaBuy products reach us. Tracking goes back to Shopify, which emails your customer.

Selling on eBay or Amazon too? Connect them to Shopify with Shopify's Marketplace Connect app, and their orders reach us the same way.

    We re-check every product. Sold out sets your Shopify stock to 0; a price rise reprices or pauses it, by your rule.

    Each order is paid from your NinjaBuy balance, bought from the seller in China and followed until it reaches us.

  • QC photos

    Every item is opened and photographed in our warehouse. You see the real thing before it ships.

  • Your branded box

    Your packaging, label and thank-you card. NinjaBuy's name is nowhere on the parcel.

Rules to know

You are the merchant. These rules are yours.

Your customer buys from you, not from us. A few rules weigh more when the goods come from China.

  • Products sit on our location

    Shopify sends a fulfillment service only the items assigned to its location. Assign the ones we ship; the rest stay with you.

  • No copies of brands

    Counterfeits break every channel's rules and every payment provider's. Our importer warns you when a listing looks branded; leave those out.

  • Say how long shipping really takes

    In the US, the FTC's mail order rule asks for a reasonable basis for any shipping time you state, and for a cancel and refund when you can't meet it. Show the China-to-door time.

  • Write returns for goods from China

    Your store makes the returns promise. Sending an item back to China often costs more than it did, so decide what you refund and what you take back before you list.

An example: the product, its price and its weight are made up. The fees, the tax and the shipping rate are the ones we charge today. Shipping is priced on the weight we measure in our warehouse. Your channel's own fees and your selling price aren't in it.

Questions sellers ask

What does NinjaBuy cost?
The importer, the sync and the apps are free. On each order you pay for the goods, a CN¥12.00 intake fee per item group, shipping and a handling fee per parcel, with a 14% flat tax on those lines.
Can I connect products I already sell?
Yes. Map an existing variant to a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 listing and say how many units ship per item sold. Its next order comes to us.
Which orders does NinjaBuy see?
Only items assigned to the NinjaBuy location. Everything else in your store stays with you or your other suppliers.
What if my balance runs out?
The order waits and we email you. Top up and it goes ahead. We never buy on credit.
How does tracking reach my customer?
We add the tracking number to the Shopify fulfillment, and Shopify sends its usual shipping email.
Can I sell on other channels through Shopify?
Yes. Shopify's Marketplace Connect lists on Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Target Plus, and TikTok's Shopify app does the same for TikTok Shop. Their orders land in Shopify and reach us like any other.
Can a Shopify order be cancelled after it reaches you?
Yes, until the item is in a parcel. After that the cancel request is refused, and Shopify tells you why.
Will my customer see NinjaBuy anywhere?
Not on the parcel: the box, label and insert carry your brand.
