Price & stock sync

When China sells out, your store knows.

Every product you import is re-checked on a schedule. Sold out sets your stock to 0 on every channel; a cost rise reprices or pauses it, by the rule you choose.

How it works

Checked as often as it matters.

How often depends on what the product is doing.

  1. Ordered: checked right away

When an order comes in, we check the listing again before we buy.

  2. Selling: about daily

Products with recent sales are checked about once a day.

  3. Quiet: about weekly

Products without sales are checked about once a week.

Free refreshes: when any NinjaBuy shopper or finds sheet loads the same listing, every seller who imported it gets the new price, at no cost.

What you get

Rules you set once.

  • Sold out → stock 0

On Shopify and the channels it connects, and on Wix and WooCommerce through our app and plugin.

  • Back in stock

Stock returns when the seller restocks, if you want it to.

  • Reprice to keep your margin

Keep a percentage or a fixed profit, and your price moves when the cost does.

  • Or pause it

Rather decide yourself? Pause the listing and get a note to look at it.

  • Each variant on its own

One sold-out size doesn't end the listing; only that size goes to 0.

  • A log of every change

What changed, when, and what we did about it.

Good to know

What sync can't promise.

We check often, but a listing in China can change between checks.

  • Between checks

A price or stock change can land after our last check. Each order is checked again before we buy, and one whose cost broke your rule waits for you.

  • Channel delays

Changes reach eBay, Amazon and TikTok Shop through Shopify and their own apps, which add their own delay.

  • Your prices, your call

We change a price only under a rule you set. No rule, no change.

  • Sync is free

No product limit, and no plan to unlock it.

What one order costs

What a repriced product still costs you.

Sync keeps your price above this line. One order, worked out with the fees and the shipping rate we charge today.

An example: the product, its price and its weight are made up. The fees, the tax and the shipping rate are the ones we charge today. Shipping is priced on the weight we measure in our warehouse. Your channel's own fees and your selling price aren't in it.

FAQ

Questions sellers ask

How often is a product checked?
Always when it's ordered, about daily while it sells, and about weekly when it's quiet.
Does sync cost anything?
No. It's free for every product you import, with no limit.
What's a free refresh?
When any NinjaBuy shopper or finds sheet loads a listing, everyone who imported it gets that fresh price too.
Which channels does sync reach?
Shopify and what it connects (eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop), plus Wix and WooCommerce through our app and plugin.
What happens when a seller deletes a listing?
We treat it as sold out: stock goes to 0 and you get a note to find another source.
Can products have different rules?
Yes. Set a default for your store and override it per product.
What happens to an order if the cost rose?
If the new cost still fits your rule, we buy it. If not, the order waits for you and we email you.
